Greet and send blessings to the freshly ordained leader and servant of the faithful with our Holy Spirit Ordination Greeting Card! The front depicts the form of a dove and a flame in the midst of a background of red rays. Below this the card reads, "God's blessings on your Ordination." Remind yourself and the new "priest of God Most High" about the power and grace bestowed upon a priest, that he is made into Christ more fully by the Sacrament in order to bring us, his sheep, closer to our Home with Christ. As the Cure of Ars said, "The priest continues the work of redemption on earth. ... If we really understood the priest on earth, we would die not of fright but of love. ... The Priesthood is the love of the heart of Jesus." This 5"x7" card comes with envelopes and is available in a bundle of 6. It adds the perfect personal touch to an Ordination gift! Inside of the card, on thebottomleft: "Every high priest is chosen from his fellow-men and appointed to serve God on their behalf, to offer sacrifices and offerings for sins. Since he himself is weak in many ways, he is able to be gentle with those who are ignorant and make mistakes." -Hebrews 5:1-2 Inside of the card, in the middle right: May this awesome day of your ordination to the sacred priesthood give you a deeper love for Christ and His Church. Now consecrated to nourish the People of God, go forth with a burning love for the salvation of mankind. ( STC-ORD4 )
