Bestselling author Dave Harveyunlocks the power of Gods extraordinary plan to use the weaknesses in the lives of Christian leadersto make the gospel shine.

When you signed on for ministry leadership, you didnt realize there would be a clause. The suffering and sadness, fatigue and feebleness, troubles and trauma, are all a part of a conspiracy. The author calls itThe Clay Pot Conspiracy: Our weakness + Gods power = Resilient ministry. It is Gods plan to usewhat we lackto build perseverance and press us to embody the gospel we preach.

Based on his extensive experience in ministry, Harvey unravels the conspiracy, helping readers understand how God is magnified and his grace is displayed in our response to weakness. Combining Scripture, gripping stories, and practical tools, he takes leaders on an exploration of seven surprising wonders within Gods plan, covering areas such as how God uses loss to bring life, the role of enemies, importing weakness into your team culture, and above all, dependence upon Christ. Each persons story in ministry is different, yet the goal remains the same: To draw back the curtain on Gods plan to help you embody the gospel.
